Agilitek Solutions is working with St. Louis CITY SC to deliver enhanced data integration, powered by the Fan Data Platform, across SeatGeek, Salesforce, their data warehouse, and other business systems, to bolster ticket sales and service efforts and business intelligence capabilities.
The engagement also includes migrating from an external solution for partnership, to a Salesforce-native solution where the partnership data lives within Salesforce objects.
As a part of this engagement, Agilitek is excited to be adding support for bi-directional integration with HubSpot, which will enhance St. Louis CITY SC's ability to automate personalized emails, and incorporate additional fan engagement data points, such as mobile app activity, into their 360-degree view of their fan.
