Agilitek is pleased to announce that CF Montreal has selected Agilitek's two flagship products, Fan Data Platform and Partnership Solution for Salesforce, to power their data management across B2B and B2C sales and service functions.
CF Montreal joins a growing family of Agilitek customers, and a strong cohort within Major League Soccer specifically, who are leveraging Fan Data Platform for creating a unified view of the customer across CRM and Marketing systems, enabling more personalized and relevant communication to fans, and increasing data cleanliness for internal reporting efforts.
Salesforce Sales Cloud plays a key role in the overall solution, not only as the primary place for managing B2C relationships, but also for managing corporate partner relationships. The Agilitek Partnership Solution for Salesforce is now being used for tracking asset availability, rate cards, partnership agreements, asset scheduling, and activation tracking, and will enable centralized reporting, customized and integrated workflows, and collaboration across B2B/B2C relationships.
