Arizona Cardinals

Agilitek and the Arizona Cardinals have worked together for many years, with Agilitek historically providing tactical integrations between their vendor-provided data warehouse and their marketing platform. The goal of these bespoke integrations was to enable more personalized messaging and customer journeys. And the results were compelling, with robust automations of KBYG and other key touchpoints.

The Cardinals have continued to seek to expand their capabilities and take more control of their data platform. This included significant growth in their Salesforce ecosystem, and a push to further develop their own data platform. And against this backdrop, Agilitek is honored to announce our expanded collaboration with the Cardinals, and welcome them to the growing family of organizations using Fan Data Platform to truly unify and activate their data across all of their platforms!

With their recent addition of the full suite of Fan Data Platform tools, the Cardinals have now successfully moved their data "center of gravity" to their owned data lake and data warehouse, allowing their business strategy and analytics team members to extend and customize their data ecosystem with ease, on a best-practices foundation of real-time identity resolution, data hygiene and governance across raw data and modelled data, while the plug-and-play and user friendly tools for dbt integration, segmentation, and data activation accelerate and supercharge their insights and analytics.

Key outcomes already include being able to deliver all qualified fans from all contributing data sources to both their CRM and Marketing tools, including delivering relevant tailored insights to each platform, enabling the right message at the right time, and unlocking advanced segmentation and personalization. But the journey has only just begun, and we’re excited to walk alongside the Cardinals as they continue to deliver top notch fan experiences powered by real-time fan insights.
